Right of Withdrawal

At Happy Homes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, you have the legal right to return it within 14 days of receiving the package. This right is governed by the current legislation, ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts. To benefit from this right, the following conditions must be met:

1. Return Conditions

   • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

   • The product should include all components, accessories, user manuals, and warranty certificates.

   • The product should be returned in its original packaging, if possible, to avoid damage during handling and transportation.

2. Return Process

   • Fill out the online return form on our website. Download the form here:

   • Ensure you provide the correct and complete information, including:

     • Reason for return (optional)

     • IBAN account number, bank name, and account holder's name for the refund

     • Any relevant observations regarding the return.

3. Shipping Costs

   • The cost of shipping the returned item back to us will be borne by you unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

   • We suggest you use a courier service that offers tracking and door-to-door delivery.

4. Refund Process

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm its condition within 10 working days.

   • If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 30 days.

   • Refunds are issued via bank transfer to an account in your name, or back to the original payment card.

5. Issues and Complaints

   • If you encounter any issues or have complaints, please contact us first to resolve the matter before raising a claim with consumer protection authorities.
